All creation sessions start with a consultation session. This is absolutely critical. We establish your expectations and you become more aware of our services. Planning of the set and clothing style, colour and coordination goes a long way to creating a memorable image.

We utilize the latest technology with digital image capture to ensure optimal detail. Every image is enhanced utilizing techniques that have been acquired through continued education by attending many workshops and seminars. This knowledge in concert with up to date programs and work flow practices, brings the "WOW IMPACT" into your images. Results are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction three ways:

1. Any dissatisfaction with the initial results, the session will be re-photographed or your entire payment will be refunded. From the consultation to delivery of your images, our goal is to ensure your photographic experience is rewarding.
   
   
2. Our commitment to client satisfaction extends even further. If you decided on a wall portrait such as a 16x20 or larger, you have the option to change your mind for a smaller size without any additional expense. There is no need to worry that a large wall portrait may not be suited to your environment and forced to accept that decision. We want our clients to know that they can revisit their decision with no additional financial concern. We simply accept your image back, have a smaller one made, and refund the difference.
   
   
3. Sadly family treasures can be lost or damaged through misfortune or natural events. Although replacements can sometimes be achieved through insurance claims we offer something that can help relieve the stress during these times. Any image we arranged through our affiliate to be framed that succumbs to any damage, no matter what the cause, your image from Glacier Valley Photography Inc. will be replaced at no cost.

Family Photos:
To create an image that best reflects your family's uniqueness requires planning. We guide you in not only the session location but clothing style and colour co-ordination, essential elements in any image creation.
Wedding:
	A wedding yields three things that appreciate in value over the years. The love, the rings and the wedding album. We not only photograph your wedding but make ourselves available as a valuable resource in you planning and support on the wedding day.
Prenatal and Postnatal Photography:
Our approach to Pre Natal and Post Natal photography is to create as unique an image as is your newborn. There are many ways to photograph the wonderful experience of giving life. We are always seeking new ways to offer our clients a distinctive way to share in this important part of your lives.
Babies:
	In the first few days and weeks the change that takes place is so rapid few ever take the opportunity to have that new-born look professionally photographed. Your Baby's First Portrait can be used for birth announcement as well as providing an excellent beginning of your child's photographic memories.

	Family pets are as much of the family as anyone. We encourage the family pet to be part of your photographic session and then allow them to take centre stage for their own portrait.
Image Restoration / Enhancement:
We also provide restoration and enhancement of old family photos. Digital artistry from updated software such as PhotoShop CS and various third party filters and plug-ins gives us the necessary tools to attend to those faded and torn photographs that can be saved at a very reasonable cost. Note: There is no fee attached to consultation sessions or evaluation of restoration work of old photographs.

Photo Finishes available through Glacier Valley Photography Inc.:

Luster finish that resists fingerprints and mild scratches. It is our choice when it comes to value.

Satin finish is a step up from Luster providing a protective application that yields premium protection and resists UV damage.

Canvas is the best for an excellent portrait presentation.

Your images might well be better presented in a collage. After our design we welcome the input from our clients to ensure the results match their expectation.

Images for custom frames are sent direct to the store from the lab, where they select the best colour combinations of mat and frame to fit the clients specifications and price.
